Ronnie has over 30 years of experience in real estate development, management and investment. His career began in 1980 in South Africa where he was CFO and COO of Glen Anil Investments, a real estate development and management company. He managed the listing of a development company on the DCM market of the Johannesburg Stock Exchange and served on its board. Ronnie was also a Managing Director of Manolek, a company with real estate investments in The Netherlands and the U.S. and a Managing Director of Packard Bell NEC Australia. In Australia, Ronnie’s real estate activities have included residential and commercial developments. Ronnie was General Manager of Jacfun, developer of a major entertainment and retail complex in Darling Harbour, Sydney. Ronnie established Stonebridge Developments and has developed residential projects in New South Wales. Two of Stonebridge’s developments gained recognition by winning the Master Builders Association 2009 Excellence in Housing Award, Integrated Housing category and Dual Occupancy category. Ronnie earned a Bachelor of Commerce degree and a Certificate in The Theory of Accountancy from the University of The Witwatersrand. He has also completed the South African Public Accountants’ and Auditors’ Board Qualifying Examination.
