Damien is currently a Vice President at Jerusalem Fund Management. He was formerly a consultant with the housing and real estate practice of PricewaterhouseCoopers’ Management Consulting Service, where his clients included the Office of Federal Housing Enterprise Oversight (OFHEO), the Federal agency that oversaw Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac. Damien has also been involved in numerous financial transactions and advisory engagements in the technology and entertainment industries including VC finance, M&A, structured finance, leveraged buyouts, and strategic business development transactions. He was recently named by “M&A Advisor” as a finalist in its 40 Under 40 Recognition Award. Previously, Damien was a senior analyst in the Corporate Development department of Artisan Entertainment (merged with Lions Gate Ent.), where he was involved in M&A, strategic partnerships, and film finance structures. Damien holds a BS in Physics and Mathematics from the University of Virginia and an MBA from the UCLA Anderson School of Management.
